THE APARTMENT

The accommodation comprises a spacious entrance hall, leading to two good size bedrooms, one double and one twin.  In the hallway there is a large triple wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, ladder towel rail and a large cabinet.  There is a cloakroom with separate WC and wash basin. The spacious lounge/dining room has two black leather sofas (one convertible to sofa bed) and a large oak table and six chairs.  A wide screen TV, DVD player and Bose CD / radio are there for entertainment.

The separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a Neff stainless steel double oven, touch control hob and extractor. A semi-integrated dishwasher, full size washing machine and large fridge-freezer are also fitted.  Additional appliances include a kettle, coffee machine and microwave. A good size balcony with table and chairs overlooks the central courtyard and communal gardens...the ideal spot for an apéritif. There is controlled access via a keypad or intercom and secure parking within the landscaped and well maintained grounds.

Prices include electricity, bed linen and towels.

THE VILLAGE

A boulangerie and patisserie, French cafés, brasseries and a selection of restaurants are all within walking distance. The village also has traditional shops, a post office and a supermarket. There is a weekly market on Thursdays and a night market during summer time.

There is also a travel cot, high chair, hairdryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board.  On the ground floor there is access to a large storage room where bicycles can be securely locked away.
